The historical center tour offers 16 food and wine tastings at some of Rome’s most loved venues. Stops at the city’s most fascinating landmarks include the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps.
The tour begins at Antica Salumeria, which have been satisfying locals since 1375. You will be greeted with a selection of the finest cheeses and meats Italy has to offer, paired with a glass of D.O.C.G wine.
Following Antica Salumeria, enter Rome’s most complete and spectacular ancient building, the Pantheon. Learn about the history of this great architectural achievement and what makes it so special.
The tour continues to one of the most beautiful and romantic places in Rome, the Trevi Fountain. Enjoy a breath-taking view of the fountain, with exclusive access to a rooftop restaurant. Tastings include Barolo and Amarone wine, Parmigiano Reggiano, truffles and 25 year aged balsamic vinegar.
Around the corner from the Trevi fountain, is Grano Frutta e Farina. The pizza dough is rested from 72 hours, creating a light, airy and crisp base, filled with delicious toppings for you to try.
Enjoy three types of Roman pasta, including bucatini all’amatriciana and spaghetti carbonara, accompanied with wine at a local favorite restaurant.
The tour concludes at the Spanish Steps, one of the most atmospheric sights of the city. A few streets from the steps is Pompi, where Romans come for the best Tiramisu in the City. Choose between the classic, banana and chocolate, pistachio, strawberry and nutella.

The tour takes place Sundays at 17:00 pm. The tour takes place in the neighborhood of the historical center. The meeting point is the shop called Antica Salumeria located next to the Pantheon, in Piazza Rotonda. Your guide will be holding a sign saying ‘The Roman Food Tour.’
The tour ends close to the Spanish Steps. Our guides can point you in the right direction of the taxi or the Spanish steps metro stop.
