Our teacher, Alessandro, might be the best Italian you'll meet in in the country. Hes so friendly, hes very funny, he includes everyone, and got even the shy members of the group to open up and have fun with everyone. My family was already experienced with making homemade pasta and tiramisu, but this class was still worth doing. Nobody fell behind, instructions were easy to follow, and they kept the wine coming.
