Terms of purchase
- The Roman Food Tour accepts payment from the following methods: Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Paypal can be accepted upon request
- Payment will be listed on your card as THE ROMAN FOOD TOUR SRLS
- Full payment is required in advance in order to secure your reservation
- Tours cannot be guaranteed without upfront full payment
- All bookings are processed in (€) Euros
- Guests accept fees associated with using credit card
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to tour or activity commencement are eligible for a refund for the full value of your booking.
- Cancellations received within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund
- Tours can be rescheduled within 24 hours of the tour start time.
- If you are running late, please contact us and we will try our best to coordinate you with the whereabouts of the guide (excludes Colosseum and Vatican)
- We will try our best to reschedule tours within 24 hours of the tour start
- If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation, we suggest you purchase travel insurance
- Refunds will be offered immediately however may take a couple of working days to be processed

Meeting point and Admission
- Upon booking, customers receive confirmation via email detailing meeting location and meeting time
- Customers should arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes prior to the tour or activity start time
- Please contact us for potential delays, or if you wish to have assistance reaching the meeting point
- Customers joining tours of the Colosseum and the Vatican should bring identification for reduced priced tickets
Travel Insurance
- We recommend The Roman Food Tour customers to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances
