It is truly 100 percent worth it. From the moment we arrived, Mattia was incredibly welcoming and created such a warm and comfortable atmosphere. He was patient, attentive, and explained every step clearly, from mixing the tiramisu ingredients to kneading the pizza dough. The class was fun, hands-on, and very satisfying. There is nothing better than creating something with your own hands and having it turn out absolutely delicious. We also had classmates from Germany, Denmark, and the Netherlands, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Mattia did a fantastic job bringing everyone together. I also loved that we left with recipes and skills we can use at home. Overall, the Rome: Pizza and Tiramisu Class with Free Flowing Fine Wine was a wonderful and authentic cooking experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
