Receive a welcome glass of Prosecco, then go behind the scenes to see how a Italian restaurant is run.
Tie on your apron and enter the Kitchen to your work station, where you will master the art of handmade pasta both using a rolling pin and a pasta machine.
You will learn step by step how to prepare the perfect pasta dough, which type of flour to use and why so, and the difference between pasta fresca and pasta secca.
Discover all the timeless tricks and techniques, with secret ingredients.
Once the pasta is ready, learn how to prepare some delicious Tiramisù. Use the provided ingredients and various tools to assemble the delicious layers of this classic Italian dessert.
