You will be greeted by head chef Chef Anna, in a locally loved restaurant in the Dorsoduro neighborhood, where you’ll get a flavour of the ‘real Venice’ without the crowds of San Marco.
Receive a welcome glass of Prosecco, then go behind the scenes to see how an authentic Italian restaurant is run.
Tie on your apron and enter the Kitchen to your work station, where you will master the art of handmade pasta and Italian Pasta Sauces.
You will learn step by step how to prepare the perfect pasta dough, which type of flour to use and the difference between pasta fresca and pasta secca.
Once the pasta is ready, learn how to prepare the most delicious Tiramisù.
At the end of the class, sit down all together for lunch or dinner, while sipping a glass of delicious wine that pairs perfectly with your meal.
