We joint a group of folks from Ohio and had a wonderful small cooking class. I love to cook and have made fresh pasta several times before with one of my daughters who also loves to cook. For my wife and other children, this was their first time making pasta. All of us thoroughly enjoyed this class. My wife and non-foodie kids learned the basics while my daughter and I learned a number of advanced tips that I’ve never seen on any cooking videos. It was a fantastic experience for all. The unlimited wine was fun too! We continued the wonderful experience as we got to consume the pasta and tiramisu that we made for lunch. The tiramisu turned out so delicious and we are all excited to take our lessons back home and make this wonderful food again. There was tons of local food and wine and all of it was delicious!
