Join this half-day wine tour in Frascati (located 25 minutes by train from Rome Termini station) to explore the local town and learn about the traditional wine making techniques, at one of the oldest and most beautiful family-run wineries in Italy.

You will be met by Marco at the Frascati train station ( On Saturdays at the Tor Vergata station ), who will be standing next to a black Mercedes minibus. From there you will be taken to Frascati, where you will explore the town and meet the local shop owners.

From the town, head over to the vineyard, to learn about the wine production, which has been famous in this part of Italy since the time of Ancient Rome.

Tastings on the vineyard include Frascati Superiore D.O.C.G, Red Vagnolo I.G.T and Sweet Cannellino D.O.C.G, accompanied with freshly baked goods, extra virgin olive oil and other other Italian food specialties, whilst enjoying views overlooking the city of Rome.

From the vineyard, you will be taken to a locally loved restaurant for handmade pasta with a well-paired wine.

Following lunch, you may choose to return to Rome by train at every :36 past the hour, until the last one departs at 9:36 pm.
