Rome: Hands-On Italian Pasta & Tiramisù Workshop

Skip the usual sightseeing and discover Italy through two of its most iconic dishes. In this fun, hands-on cooking experience, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch and prepare a traditional Italian tiramisù, guided step by step by an experienced local chef.

• Ricotta & spinach ravioli — Prepare, fill, and shape delicate homemade ravioli.
• Fresh tagliatelle with tomato sauce — Learn how to make silky pasta dough and pair it with a classic tomato sauce.
• Traditional tiramisù — Build this beloved Italian dessert from scratch using authentic ingredients and techniques.

The experience is all about getting involved. You’ll work with fresh, quality ingredients, cook alongside fellow food lovers, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere filled with Italian flavors and stories.

While cooking, you can enjoy Prosecco, followed by white and red wine with your meal. Soft drinks are available for children.

Once the cooking is finished, sit down and enjoy the dishes you’ve made together — fresh pasta, homemade ravioli, and your own tiramisù.

The cooking class takes place in a welcoming local venue in the Vatican area, one of Rome’s most vibrant and historic neighborhoods, just a short distance from Vatican City.
